This position is with one of our clients in <strong>Switzerland </strong>who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role: Senior Business Analyst (Retail Banking Domain)</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Geneva OR Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid)</strong></p><p><strong>Employment type: Full Time Permanent</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.</li><li>Strong domain expertise in areas such as deposits, lending, payments, customer/account servicing, and regulatory or reporting processes</li><li>Proven experience in requirements analysis, business process mapping, and test scenario identification.</li><li>Hands-on experience building test case repositories or supporting SIT/UAT preparation in banking transformation programs.</li><li>Strong understanding of banking product lifecycle and end-to-end transaction flows.</li><li>Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, testers, developers, and vendors.</li><li>Excellent documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools such as Visio or equivalent.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced program.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Note: Applicants for employment in Switzerland should possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa</strong>.</p> </div>
