With deep expertise in FICO modules and extensive experience across multiple full-cycle implementations, this consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver best‑in‑class financial solutions aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the SAP S/4HANA Finance workstream across end-to-end implementation projects.</li><li>Conduct workshops with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.</li><li>Design, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions aligned with business processes.</li><li>Implement Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, Internal Orders, Cash Management, and Product Costing.</li><li>Drive integration between SAP Finance and modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, EWM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Concur.</li><li>Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.</li><li>Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support.</li><li>Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for WRICEF developments and system integrations.</li><li>Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>11+ years</strong> of SAP FICO experience.</li><li><strong>Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.</strong></li><li>Strong experience in <strong>GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, CO-PA, Cost Center &amp; Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in <strong>SAP S/4HANA Finance, ACDOCA (Universal Journal), Fiori, and Embedded Analytics</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>WRICEF functional specifications</strong> and integrations using <strong>IDoc, BAPI, and OData</strong>.</li><li>Good understanding of <strong>SAP Activate methodology</strong>.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Note: Applicants for employment in Germany should possess work authorisation, which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.</strong></p> </div>
