This position is with one of our clients in <strong>Switzerland </strong>who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><br/>Position : CRM and KYC Business Analyst</strong></p><p><strong> Location : Geneva, Switzerland(Hybrid)</strong></p><p><strong> Type : Permanent Rol</strong></p><p><strong>e</strong></p><p><strong> Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> • Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the design and development of web applications</p><p>.• Excellent knowledge of various analysis methodologies</p><p>.• Strong expertise in designing and facilitating workshop series, capturing requirements, and identifying user personas</p><p>.• Affinity for user experience, web responsiveness, and, optionally, mobile development</p><p>.• Proven expertise in CRM and front office activities</p><p>.• Solid understanding of onboarding processes, KYC, and compliance requirements</p><p>.• Knowledge of wealth management practices</p><p>.• Provide Level 3 Production Support for the existing CRM/KYC platform</p><p>.• Support ongoing replacement of legacy systems through new API-based solutions</p><p>.• Analyze production issues and investigate data using SQL queries</p><p>.• Role is a mix of BA &amp; Product owne</p><p>r• Dynamic and proactive in completing assigned tasks, demonstrating responsiveness and adaptability to change</p><p>.• Ability to work closely with team members to achieve common goals</p><p>.• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving</p><p>.• Autonomy and ability to independently analyze data from various systems</p><p>.• Excellent organizational skills, resilience under stress, and ability to manage priorities effectively</p><p>.• Proficient in SQL query languages and tools for accessing databases</p><p>.• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology (Scrum)</p><p>.• Familiarity with APIs, including the use of JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger</p><p>.• Higher education in Computer Science (University, HES, Federal Diploma, EPF) or equivalent qualifications</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>.<br/>Note: Applicants for employment in Switzerland should possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a vis</strong></p><p><br/></p>a. </div>
