This position is with one of our clients in <strong>Switzerland </strong>who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Position : Business Analyst with Securities Domain</strong></p><p><strong>Location : Geneva/Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid)</strong></p><p><strong>Type : Permanent Role</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Analyze current-state and target-state banking processes across relevant functional areas such as securities, securities processing, corporate actions, structured products, derivatives and regulatory or reporting processes related to securities processing. </p><p>• Work with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to gather functional requirements and identify impacted business scenarios.</p><p>• Create and maintain a structured test case repository with traceability to business requirements, process flows, and system changes.</p><p>• Define positive, negative, boundary, and exception scenarios for Temenos R26 functional coverage.</p><p>• Support test planning activities by identifying test scope, test data needs, dependencies, and business-critical scenarios.</p><p>• Review functional specifications, process maps, and interface impacts to ensure end-to-end test coverage.</p><p>• Support test design for system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT preparation.</p><p>• Collaborate with QA teams and implementation partners to validate test scenarios and resolve ambiguities.</p><p>• Maintain documentation in a controlled repository with versioning and reusability for future releases.</p><p>• Participate in workshops, walkthroughs, defect triage, and business sign-off activities.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></p><p>• Experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.</p><p>• Strong domain expertise in areas such as securities, securities processing, corporate actions, structured products, derivatives and regulatory or reporting processes related to securities processing.</p><p>• Proven experience in requirements analysis, business process mapping, and test scenario identification.</p><p>• Hands-on experience building test case repositories or supporting SIT/UAT preparation in banking transformation programs.</p><p>• Strong understanding of banking product lifecycle and end-to-end transaction flows.</p><p>• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, testers, developers, and vendors.</p><p>• Excellent documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools such as Visio or equivalent.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced program.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong> </strong> </p><p><strong>Note: Applicants for employment in Switzerland should possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.</strong></p> </div>
