The company provides an AI-powered phone assistant platform that automates customer communication for SMEs — handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, transcribing conversations, and integrating with CRMs and calendars. With a strong and growing customer base across the DACH region, they are scaling rapidly and need a driven closer to own the full sales cycle on high-volume inbound leads.<br/><br/>This is a <strong>no cold-outreach role</strong> — you will run 8–16 qualified inbound demos per day and focus entirely on converting warm, prequalified leads.<br/><br/>What You'll Do<br/><br/><ul><li>Conduct multiple discovery and demo calls daily with prequalified inbound leads, showcasing the AI phone assistant and its business value.</li><li>Own the full sales cycle from first contact through closing, working toward clear monthly and quarterly quota targets.</li><li>Manage warm leads, prepare timely follow-ups, and maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM pipeline.</li><li>Ensure smooth handovers to the Customer Success team after deal closure.</li><li>Provide structured customer feedback to Marketing and contribute to reliable sales forecasting.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success to continuously optimize the sales motion.<br/><br/></li></ul>What We're Looking For<br/><br/><ul><li>Required: 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven end-to-end closing track record.</li><li>Required: Native-level German proficiency — you will be selling primarily to German-speaking customers.</li><li>Experience handling 8–16 qualified inbound demo appointments per day.</li><li>Comfortable owning quota with clear monthly and quarterly targets.</li><li>Experienced in structured CRM-based pipeline management and lead follow-up (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).</li><li>Strong product and technical understanding enabling effective SaaS demonstrations.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success and contribute to forecasting.</li><li>Nice to have: Prior startup or scale-up SaaS sales experience.</li><li>Nice to have: Knowledge of AI, telephony, or contact center technologies.</li><li>Nice to have: Experience with data-driven forecasting tools.<br/><br/></li></ul>Compensation & Benefits<br/><br/><ul><li>Competitive OTE: €70,000–€120,000 (base salary plus uncapped commission).</li><li>Top-equipment of your choice.</li><li>High-velocity inbound sales environment — no cold outreach required.<br/><br/></li></ul>Location<br/><br/>This role is based <strong>on-site in Vienna, Austria</strong>, with a hybrid option available.
