<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>1) Lead the design and development of migration solutions, tools, and frameworks</p><p>2) Guide the team in building ETL pipelines (Extract, Transform, Load) for PLM data migration.</p><p>3) Define technical design, coding standards, and best practices for migration scripts and utilities.</p><p>4) Review and approve migration scripts, loaders, and validation tools.</p><p>5) Drive end-to-end migration execution, including rehearsal cycles and production cutover.</p><p>6) Ensure data integrity, relationships, and history preservation during migration.</p><p>7) Lead migration rehearsals, identify issues, and ensure resolution before go-live.</p><p>8) Monitor migration runs for performance, scalability, and accuracy.</p><p>9) Work with architects and SMEs to define source-to-target data mapping</p><p>10) Ensure accurate migration of:</p><p>a) Items, Item Revisions</p><p>b) BOMs / Product Structures</p><p>c) CAD &amp; Documents</p><p>d) Change &amp; Classification data</p><p>11) Define data transformation rules, validation logic, and reconciliation framework.</p><p>12) Perform RCA for migration failures and data issues.</p><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><p>1) Strong hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter (RAC &amp; Active Workspace)</p><p>2) Expertise in:</p><p>ITK, SOA, BMIDE</p><p>Teamcenter data model, workflows, BOM structures</p><p>3) Proven experience in Teamcenter data migration / upgrade programs</p><p>4) Experience in:</p><p>Migration tools &amp; bulk loaders</p><p>ETL frameworks and data pipelines</p><p>5) Programming:</p><p>Java, Python, SQL, Shell/Perl scripting</p><p>6) Understanding of CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, Creo)</p> </div>
