<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Job Title: Business analyst/requirements engineer (asset management domain) </strong></p><p>We are looking for a business analyst/requirements engineer to support our project or product team.</p><p><strong>Role responsibilities and experience</strong></p><ul><li>Requirements elicitation and analysis: gather, analyse, and define business processes and stakeholder requirements; facilitate workshops and align stakeholders.</li><li>Requirements specification: translate business requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications (including testable acceptance criteria where appropriate).</li><li>Delivery collaboration: work closely with business users and software engineers throughout design and implementation to ensure shared understanding and feasible solutions.</li><li>Traceability and change control: maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements and change requests; track delivery against the agreed requirements.</li><li>Testing support: prepare and support business testing (user acceptance testing) to ensure the solution meets business expectations and agreed scope.</li><li>Documentation: create and maintain appropriate product and project documentation required for maintenance and support.</li><li>Proactively identify improvement potentials in requirements engineering and promote ideas for change.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication; ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency with project and requirements tracking tools (preferably Azure DevOps).</li><li>German and English language knowledge is required</li></ul><p><strong>Domain and technology requirements (additional)</strong></p><ul><li>Solid knowledge of asset management and asset ownership (portfolio context, oversight, governance); please highlight relevant references.</li><li>Experience with Bloomberg PORT (portfolio analytics and reporting solution) is required or strongly preferred; please highlight concrete project experience.</li></ul><p></p> </div>
