The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into implementable solutions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Capture, analyze and document business requirements across the lending lifecycle (Advisory, Initiation, Credit Decisioning)</li><li>Support Business Functional Analysis for:</li><li>Lending products</li><li>Prolongation and post-decision processes</li><li>Contribute to the design of <strong>AI-based solutions</strong>, including:</li><li>Agentic AI for credit decisioning</li><li>AI-driven document processing and handling</li><li>Support solution definition</li><li>Work closely with business, IT, and architecture teams to ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to solution design</li><li>Support workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and validation sessions with business stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Business Functional Analyst in <strong>banking or financial services</strong></li><li>Domain knowledge in <strong>Mortgages, Lending, or Corporate Financing</strong></li><li>Experience across end-to-end lending lifecycle processes</li><li>Exposure to <strong>AI-enabled solutions</strong> (credit decisioning, document management) is a strong advantage</li><li>Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced, short-start engagements</li></ul><p></p> </div>
