This is a full-scale conversion to SAP RISE , involving a complex shift in core architecture, data strategy, and HCM structures. As the PM, you will sit at the intersection of the consultancy’s delivery team and the end-client’s stakeholders, ensuring this multi-module migration remains on track, within budget, and aligned with a "Clean Core" strategy. The Project Scope: You will oversee the technical and functional transition of the following landscape: Core: SAP ERP conversion to S/4HANA via SAP RISE . Infrastructure: Transition from SolMan to Cloud ALM . Finance & Loans: High-complexity migration of TRM (Treasury) , CML (Loans Management) , and BCM . Data & Innovation: BW decommissioning in favor of SAP BDC and heavy BTP implementation for interface connections. Human Capital: HCM to H4S4 migration. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Governance: Drive the project through all phases of the SAP Activate methodology (Discover to Run). Stakeholder Diplomacy: Navigate the unique cultural and procedural requirements of a high-profile international organization. Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison between the global consultancy’s technical teams and the end-client’s internal IT department. Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage the complexities of moving specialized banking and treasury modules to a cloud environment. Resource Orchestration: Manage a diverse team of functional and technical consultants across multiple workstreams (MM, FI/CO, BI, HCM). Your Profile: Proven Track Record: At least 10+ years in SAP Project Management, with a minimum of two successful S/4HANA conversions (ideally RISE). Cloud Fluency: Deep understanding of the SAP RISE model, BTP extensibility, and the shift to Cloud ALM . Financial Domain Knowledge: Direct experience managing projects involving Treasury (TRM) or Banking/Loan (CML) modules is highly preferred. Methodology Expert: Certified in SAP Activate and PMP/PRINCE2. Communication: Elite-level English communication skills. You must be able to translate technical milestones into executive-level value propositions. Local Presence: You must be willing to be based in Vienna for the required on-site days.
