Faced with the challenges of climate change and the transition to a decentralised energy system, EHG seeks to provide high performance and cost-effective fuel cell solutions to our clients and partners.<br/><br/>To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking a highly organised Senior Project Manager &amp; Coordinator to plan, coordinate and drive cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Plan, schedule and coordinate engineering and industrialisation projects across multiple teams</li><li> Define project scope, milestones, budgets and deliverables and track progress against them</li><li> Coordinate procurement, engineering and production activities to keep projects on time</li><li> Manage risks, issues and dependencies and escalate where needed</li><li> Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners</li><li> Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards and reviews</li><li> Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Skills and Experience Required:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> BSc/MSc level or equivalent in engineering, management or a related field is mandatory</li><li> Minimum 6-8 years of project management or coordination experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment</li><li> Solid understanding of product development, supply chain and industrialisation processes</li><li> Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project planning tools (ex. MS Project or equivalent) and ERP systems</li><li> Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills</li><li> Team player with the ability to function autonomously</li><li> Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German or another language is a plus</li><li> PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Start date: Immediately<br/><br/></strong> </div>
