We work towards a circular economy and a carbon neutral future, for you and for generations to come.</p><p><br/></p><p>For the area of <strong>Business Process, Data &amp; IT Operating Model</strong> located in <strong>Lenzing</strong> we invite experts to submit applications for the role as IT Project Manager.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Purpose &amp; key responsibilities of the role:</strong></p><p>In this role, you will work at the interface between business and IT and contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and data structures across the organization.</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>You will lead and manage IT projects and programs throughout the entire project lifecycle, planning, coordinating and monitoring project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.</li><li>You will support the development and enhancement of project management, release management and governance standards.</li><li>You will contribute to Business Process Management initiatives and process harmonization activities, collaborating with internal business units, external partners, and management stakeholders.</li><li>You will be responsible for release and Go-Live Management (Cutover, Go/No-Go, Hypercare, Handover to Operations) including Governance &amp; Portfolio Alignment (Digital Portfolio / Digital Steering Board).</li><li>You will support the development and improvement of Data Management and Data Governance structures.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Our expectations for this exciting role:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>You hold a Bachelor's or Maser's degree in <strong>Business Informatics, IT, Economics, or a comparable field.</strong></li><li>You have <strong>8+ years of experience</strong> leading complex, international, multi-stakeholder IT programs (multi-stream delivery).</li><li>You bring expertise in <strong>traditional, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies</strong>, selecting the right approach based on context.</li><li>You demonstrate strong capabilities in <strong>scope definition, change control, and risk management</strong> (identification, mitigation, escalation).</li><li>You have experience in <strong>release and go-live activities</strong> (cutover, hypercare) and leverage tools such as <strong>Jira/BigPicture and Confluence.</strong></li><li>You understand <strong>business process management (BPM) and Data Governance</strong>, and you communicate very effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>You are experienced in financial governance including budgeting, forecasting, OPEX, and benefits tracking.</li><li>You are fluent in both <strong>German and English.</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
