The role combines technical and commercial responsibilities and requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the development and delivery of a designated sub-project within a large-scale development.</li><li>Coordinate technical, commercial, and contractual aspects from planning through execution.</li><li>Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and project risks.</li><li>Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and authorities.</li><li>Support procurement and tender processes and oversee contract administration.</li><li>Review technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.</li><li>Prepare project reports, cost forecasts, and management updates.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and project objectives.</li><li>Act as the central point of contact for all relevant project stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related technical field.</li><li>A solid technical background or formal technical training is essential.</li><li>An additional business qualification is advantageous.</li><li>At least <strong>3 years of professional experience</strong> in project management, project development, or construction management.</li><li>Good understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of development and construction projects.</li><li>Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.</li><li>Fluent German and good English language skills.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p> </div>
