The role contributes to market analysis, tactical execution, sales force support, and cross-functional coordination in line with company objectives and applicable standards.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the development and execution of local product plans and marketing initiatives for the Swiss market.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation, adaptation, and follow-up of promotional and educational materials.</li><li>Analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, and prepare concise business updates.</li><li>Support product launches and lifecycle management activities, including coordination of timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Provide operational support to the field force through tools, campaign materials, training documents, and briefing content.</li><li>Coordinate assigned projects with internal departments such as Sales, Scientific, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and with external partners where relevant.</li><li>Support budget follow-up, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and administrative tasks related to product activities.</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of assigned projects.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>Education</p><ul><li>University degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.</li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li>A first professional experience in marketing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or commercial support is an advantage.</li><li>Exposure to product management, brand support, CRM, or analytics tools is a plus.</li></ul><p>Skills and Languages</p><ul><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>Good command of Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint required.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM and/or Power BI is an advantage.</li><li>Fluent in English; good command of French and/or German strongly preferred.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Analytical mindset and attention to detail</li><li>Project coordination and execution discipline</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Customer and field orientation</li><li>Clear communication and learning agility</li><li>Compliance awareness</li></ul> </div>
