The start date is ASAP for this 7+ Month Contract position.</p><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Scrum Master<br/><strong>Location-Type:</strong> Remote (EST/CST)<br/><strong>Start Date Is:</strong> ASAP<br/><strong>Duration:</strong> 7+ Month Contract (through end of year)<br/><strong>Compensation Range:</strong> $45-$49/hr W2<br/><strong>Benefits:</strong> Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K<br/><em>Not eligible for Visa sponsorship</em></p><p><strong>Job Description:<br/></strong>Lead Agile delivery while driving data-driven insights and analytics to support software development teams and product outcomes.</p><p><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)</li><li>Lead Scrum teams through full SDLC (planning, development, testing, deployment)</li><li>Analyze data within Azure DevOps to identify trends, risks, and performance metrics</li><li>Write and refine queries to extract insights from development data</li><li>Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI for leadership reporting</li><li>Utilize AI/GenAI tools to enhance analysis, forecasting, and team performance</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders</li><li>Identify and remove blockers; manage risks and issues to resolution</li><li>Support Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Create reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong><ul><li>3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master</li><li>Experience working with software development teams</li><li>Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (querying, reporting, analytics)</li><li>Ability to work with data and perform analytics within development tools</li><li>Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting</li><li>Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for data analysis</li><li>Experience with Lucid or Miro for visualization and planning</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Experience with Jira for Project Management</li></ul><strong>Nice-to-Haves:</strong><ul><li>Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks</li><li>Background in US banking or financial services</li><li>Experience with financial products or compliance solutions</li><li>Experience working with distributed teams or third-party vendors</li></ul><p> <br/></p> </div>
