You will protect the process, </p><p>remove blockers, and create the conditions where teams can do their best </p><p>work — fast, focused, and continuously improving.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews</p><p>- Remove impediments and escalate blockers that the team cannot self-resolve</p><p>- Coach teams on agile principles and help them mature their practices</p><p>- Track team velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery health</p><p>- Collaborate with product managers to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog</p><p>- Support cross-team coordination in scaled agile environments</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for software engineering teams</p><p>- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery principles</p><p>- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills in distributed team settings</p><p>- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) preferred</p><p>- Familiarity with agile tooling (Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps)</p><p>- Ability to balance process adherence with pragmatic delivery focus</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong></p><p>Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
