The State maintains standard templates that must be utilized to ingest and schedule processing of data.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>To accomplish these priorities, the Board is seeking to engage a Project Manager to oversee Azure DevOps (ADO) and MS Project (and/or Planner Premium, client's current project management tool) usage; conduct general project management activities, including schedule and budget management; and ensure inter-team coordination.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Job Description/Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and sprint cadence.</li></ul><p><strong>Mandatory:</strong></p><ul><li>Scrum Master certification</li><li>Strong Azure DevOps hands-on experience</li><li>Sprint/backlog management and scrum ceremony facilitation</li><li>Audit-ready traceability and impediment management capability</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Minimum acceptable:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience</li><li>Experience with ADO dashboards, sprint metrics, user story management, and release tracking</li><li>Ability to coach teams and coordinate across technical/governance workstreams</li><li>Preferably experience in public sector or health data modernization</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>---</p><p>Thanks</p><p>Srujana</p><p>Srujana.b@my3tech.com</p> </div>
