This is not a company competing in a market; it is a company trying to win one.</em></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role: Founding (Senior) Account Executive, full-cycle (build the enterprise motion)</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Berlin, 5 days in office</strong></p><p><strong>Language: German (business-level) + English</strong></p><p><strong>OTE: €140–180k (50/50 split), founding-team equity</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>🏢 About the company: who will you join?</p><ul><li>AI-native team across engineering, product and GTM; ships and experiments fast</li><li>Brand-new software category (voice AI for B2C) they intend to win, not just enter</li><li>Flagship enterprise logos already deploying thousands of agents in production</li><li>~€12m ARR by end of this year, targeting roughly 3x next year</li><li>Commercial org scaling toward ~13–15 SDRs and a comparable number of AEs in 12 months</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>🏋 About the role: what will you do here?</p><ul><li>First experienced senior sales hire: you build the enterprise motion from zero</li><li>Own large deals end-to-end: discovery, demos, security review, procurement, redlines, signature</li><li>Generate your own pipeline (25%); the BDR team supports it, it does not replace it (40% inbound, 60% outbound currently. 2 SDRs, as of today, 7x the team over the next year)</li><li>Multi-thread complex buying committees at 250–10,000+ FTE companies (Sales, Ops, CX, Legal, IT, Security, Procurement, CFO)</li><li>Shape the playbook: qualification, multi-thread strategy, executive engagement, pricing. What works for you becomes the team standard</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>🔍 About you: what experience do you bring?</p><ul><li>1–4+ years closing complex, high-value B2B deals; minimum 1 year quota-carrying</li><li>B2B SaaS background with ~€30k+ average entry ACV and real expansion afterwards</li><li>Demonstrated self-generated pipeline: a genuine hunter, no reliance on warm inbound</li><li>Executive presence; credible with a C-suite from the first interaction</li><li>Knows the difference between a contact and a champion</li><li>Obsessively prepared, low ego, high accountability</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>The package: €140–180k OTE (50/50 split), accelerators (1.5x at 100–150% attainment, 2x at 150%+), founding-team equity, and a near-term path into sales leadership for a strong performer. </strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Quota is €800k ARR fully ramped, roughly €400k in year one, so the ramp is real rather than theoretical.</p><p><br/></p><p><em>"As the first senior AE, you don't inherit the playbook.
