<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Team Lead Account Executive (SMB / Mid-Market) — Berlin</p><p><br/></p><p>We are currently hiring a Team Lead Account Executive (SMB / Mid-Market) on behalf of one of our international SaaS customers in Berlin.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven SaaS professional who wants to combine hands-on sales execution with team leadership responsibilities in a fast-growing international environment.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>This is a highly operational sales leadership role focused on leading from the front. You will manage and coach a small team of Account Executives while remaining deeply involved in deals, pipeline management, forecasting, and outbound strategy execution.</p><p><br/></p><p>The role sits within the DACH business and plays a key part in driving growth across the SMB / Mid-Market segment.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and support a team of 3 Account Executives</li><li>Drive pipeline generation and outbound sales performance</li><li>Support deal progression and closing activities</li><li>Improve forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline</li><li>Maintain high execution standards across the sales process</li><li>Collaborate closely with senior commercial leadership</li><li>Contribute to the continued scaling of the DACH business</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent German and professional English</li><li>5+ years of SaaS sales experience</li><li>Strong closing track record</li><li>Experience in fast-paced SMB / Mid-Market sales environments</li><li>Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mentality</li><li>Strong coaching and sales execution capabilities</li><li>Operationally strong with forecasting and pipeline management</li><li>Comfortable working in an international environment</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Previous leadership experience is considered a plus, but strong individual contributors looking to step into their first leadership role are also encouraged to apply.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Outbound and pipeline generation expertise</li><li>Experience within Martech, CRM, or adjacent SaaS sectors</li><li>Previous mentoring or team lead experience</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What’s on offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive OTE package €130k–140k range 70/30 split</li><li>Hybrid working setup in Berlin (3–4 days office presence)</li><li>Opportunity to join a high-growth international SaaS environment</li><li>Significant ownership and visibility within the commercial organisation</li><li>Clear growth potential as the business continues to scale</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Interested in learning more?
