You will ensure a standardized, reproducible, and secure operation across multiple environments.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the <strong>Product Owner, development teams, and operations teams</strong> to achieve project objectives</li><li>Engineer, operate, and continuously optimize <strong>Microsoft-based services</strong> within the project environment</li><li>Ensure <strong>quality, stability, and security</strong> of all operated services</li><li>Actively contribute to the <strong>continuous improvement of the platform and operational processes</strong></li><li>Apply modern technologies to support a <strong>secure and stable private cloud infrastructure</strong></li><li>Focus on the operation and further development of a <strong>dedicated collaboration platform in a highly secure environment</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in <strong>Computer Science</strong> (University, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent), or</li><li>Completed technical apprenticeship (EFZ) with further education in IT, or</li><li>Equivalent professional experience and certifications in IT (including career changers with strong relevant experience)</li></ul><p>Strong expertise in <strong>Windows system administration</strong> (Windows Server, WSUS, MECM)</p><p>Solid experience managing and maintaining <strong>Microsoft Exchange Server environments</strong></p><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Exchange administration & troubleshooting</strong>, including:</p><ul><li>Mail flow, transport services</li><li>DAGs (Database Availability Groups)</li><li>OWA, MAPI, ECP, Autodiscover</li></ul><p>Good knowledge of <strong>Active Directory</strong>, including Exchange-related components</p><p>Experience ensuring <strong>security and compliance requirements</strong>, including:</p><ul><li>TLS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC</li><li>Data Loss Prevention (DLP), email encryption</li><li>Auditing and eDiscovery</li></ul><p>Expertise in <strong>monitoring and performance optimization</strong> of Exchange and Windows servers</p><p>Experience with <strong>automation and scripting (PowerShell)</strong></p><p>Understanding of <strong>network technologies</strong>, firewalls (FW), load balancers (LB), and security concepts</p><p>Familiarity with <strong>automation and configuration management tools</strong> (e.g., Ansible, GitLab)</p><p>Experience with <strong>infrastructure and operations automation</strong> (GitOps, CI/CD pipelines)</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice-to-Have Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of <strong>ITIL processes</strong> and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix)</li><li>Experience with <strong>LDAP / SSO integrations</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>open-source mail gateway solutions</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>ServiceNow scripting</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you are interested, please apply with your latest CV</p> </div>
