This role focuses on designing high-performing digital creative across paid media, web, and lifecycle channels, combining strong visual craft with a performance-driven mindset while partnering closely with marketing and production teams.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and optimize performance-driven creative for paid media, social, email marketing, and digital campaigns.</li><li>Design UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and blog experiences, with a focus on clarity, usability, and conversion.</li><li>Provide art direction and visual leadership across campaigns to ensure creative quality, consistency, and brand alignment.</li><li>Create and support video and motion assets for paid and social media, collaborating with motion or production partners as needed.</li><li>Optimize creative across channels while maintaining brand standards and design systems.</li><li>Ability to build/update polished PowerPoint presentations for internal and external strategy, planning, and executive-level presentations.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, performance, growth, and demand-generation teams to align creative with campaign goals and KPIs.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high-quality design standards.</li><li>Stay current on UI/UX, performance marketing, motion, and creative best practices.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Hands-on experience designing paid media, social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), and email marketing.</li><li>Working knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.</li><li>Experience designing websites, landing pages, and blog layouts with a conversion-focused mindset.</li><li>Strong understanding of usability, engagement, and performance metrics</li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.</li><li>Must be based in New York, NY.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience partnering closely with growth or demand-generation teams.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting to inform creative decisions.</li><li>Experience in motion design or video production (e.g., After Effects, short-form video) is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a high bar for visual quality and consistency.</li></ul><p></p> </div>
