The ideal candidate will have strong experience in <strong>UI/UX design, front-end technologies, and ASP.NET Core MVC</strong>, with a user-centered approach to solving complex design problems.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to gather and define UI requirements</li><li>Design wireframes, prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces for complex applications</li><li>Conduct user research, testing, and iterate designs based on feedback</li><li>Work across all phases of product development (discovery, design, implementation)</li><li>Create and maintain <strong>Design Systems</strong> for consistency and reusability</li><li>Ensure seamless UI handoff to development teams</li><li>Collaborate with backend developers for front-end integration</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning</li><li>Ensure UI designs follow best practices, accessibility, and security standards</li><li>Drive UI/UX improvements and contribute to product roadmap</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in <strong>UI/UX design</strong> (wireframes, prototypes, user journey maps)</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Figma</strong> or similar design tools</li><li>Front-end expertise in <strong>HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Fluent UI</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>ASP.NET Core MVC and C#</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>site architecture and navigation design</strong></li><li>Experience working in <strong>Agile/Scrum environments</strong></li><li>Ability to design and deliver products end-to-end in cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience creating workflow diagrams and conversational flows</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>UI/UX Certification</li><li>Experience with secure UI design practices in ASP.NET MVC applications</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must present a <strong>portfolio</strong> showcasing UI/UX work during the interview</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li></ul><p></p> </div>
