We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join us!<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Conduct user research (benchmarking, CJM, personas, usability testing) and use AI tools to support discovery and insights. </li><li> Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma and AI-powered tools; design scalable experiences across platforms. </li><li> Build and optimize user flows based on analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback. </li><li> Test and iterate designs using usability testing, analytics, and AI-driven insights. </li><li> Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver high-quality solutions. </li><li> Contribute to design systems for consistency and scalability. </li><li> Own the design process end-to-end and proactively suggest improvements. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Degree in Design or related field. </li><li> 5+ years of UX/UI experience in mobile and/or software products. </li><li> Strong Figma skills and modern design workflows. </li><li> Experience using AI tools in design workflows. </li><li> Understanding of Agile and UX best practices. </li><li> Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. </li><li> Good communication skills in English. </li><li> Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.</li></ul> </div>
