In this role, you will support the development and optimization of our CRM system, REACT, by collaborating closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders in an agile environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in process documentation, process improvements, and testing system changes to ensure seamless functionality and user experience. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining comprehensive product documentation using Microsoft Office and SharePoint tools. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in UI/UX design, system management, and agile project methodologies within a leading financial organization.<br/><br/><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong>The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field.
