In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our software products that support complex pharmaceutical regulatory processes. Your expertise will help translate intricate industry-specific workflows into accessible and efficient user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and researchers, to create innovative design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. Your work will directly influence the usability and accessibility of our solutions, ensuring they adhere to established UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.<br/><br/><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong>The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly with B2B, enterprise, or complex software solutions. Proficiency in user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing is essential. You should have a solid understanding of design systems, component-based UI concepts, and consistent interaction patterns, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and user-centric design principles. Excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new and complex technical domains, are required.
