This role requires a strong technical background combined with proven project management capabilities. You will be instrumental in positioning Yibi Precision as the premier MIM solutions partner for manufacturers operating in Germany who seek to enhance product performance while reducing costs.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Project Management &amp; Client Coordination</strong></li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with manufacturing operations in Germany, ensuring seamless communication between their local teams and Yibi's engineering and production teams</li><li>Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial technical consultation through design optimization, sampling, production ramp-up, and ongoing support</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery</li><li>Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical and operational issues as they arise</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (mold design, MIM production, quality, finishing) to ensure client requirements are met</li><li></li><li><strong>Technical Consulting &amp; Solution Development</strong></li><li>Conduct technical assessments to understand client challenges and develop innovative MIM-based solutions</li><li>Lead collaborative design sessions with client engineering teams, providing expert guidance on Design for MIM principles</li><li>Provide hands-on technical support during prototyping and initial production phases to ensure successful implementation</li><li>Advise clients on material selection, part design optimization, and cost reduction strategies using MIM technology</li><li></li><li><strong>Market &amp; Business Support</strong></li><li>Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise during client presentations and proposal development</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering and production teams at client sites in Germany</li><li>Identify opportunities to expand Yibi's scope of work with existing clients, including new projects and applications</li><li>Gather market intelligence on MIM adoption trends within Germany's manufacturing ecosystem</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Technical Background Requirements</strong></li><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field required; Master's degree preferred</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role within manufacturing, engineering services, or project management</li><li>Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials science, and design engineering principles</li><li>Ability to quickly learn and master MIM technology fundamentals and applications</li><li></li><li><strong>Project Management Requirements</strong></li><li>5+ years of experience in project management, technical program management, or engineering management within manufacturing or industrial sectors</li><li>Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from concept through production</li><li>Experience working with clients or suppliers in Germany is highly preferred</li><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus</li><li></li><li><strong>Client &amp;
