Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, solid business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while solving problems effectively.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manages a portfolio of accounts in the BioTech/Pharma and Personal Care segment to achieve long-term success.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs, internally and externally.</li><li>Implement growth strategy and business development activities at assigned BioTech/Pharma accounts in Europe.</li><li>Deliver Business Plan for the assigned responsibility</li><li>Generates new business using existing and potential customer networks.</li><li>Manage portfolio of sales and related technical service projects for maximum commercial impact</li><li>Plan, forecast, report on sales and business performance according to company requirement; participates in regional sales &amp; operations planning.</li><li>Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems</li><li>Be a champion to drive "sales excellence" and the use of its tools</li><li>Integrate the sales channels with the marketing, technical sales, regulatory and supply chain functions of the business, as well as with customer service.</li><li>Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships</li><li>Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals</li><li>Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.</li><li>Resolves any issues faced by customers and deals with complaints to maintain trust.</li><li>Resolves conflicts and provides solutions to customers in a timely manner.</li><li>Monitors sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).</li><li>Suggests actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.</li><li>Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.</li><li>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.</li><li>Supports established Distributors through timely feedback and scheduled work days</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in or relevant field, Master preferred</li><li>A minimum of 3 years work experience as a sales account manager, sales account executive, or related role preferred, ideally in the BioTech/Pharma/Personal Care segment</li><li>Ability to deliver excellent customer experience</li><li>Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)</li><li>Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time</li><li>Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in an international/global business environment</li><li>Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (Hybrid working)</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English and preferable another European language.</li><li>Ability to deal with ambiguity</li><li>Possess the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and technical information to customers and internal audiences.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>SE: </strong>510807218</p> </div>
