This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organization and play a key role in expanding strategic relationships with leading Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and mobility technology companies</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across Automotive OEMs and Mega Tier customers throughout Europe. The successful candidate will develop strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead commercial activities from opportunity creation through contract negotiation and business expansion. This customer-facing role requires a strong blend of business development, account management, strategic planning, and commercial negotiation skill</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sustainable and profitable growth within the European automotive market</li><li>Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships</li><li>Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and related industry segments</li><li>Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) opportunities and support successful customer adoption of FIT solutions</li><li>Develop account growth strategies and revenue plans aligned with corporate objectives</li><li>Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing strategies, share-of-business expansion, long-term agreements, and contractual discussions</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across engineering, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and executive leadership functions</li><li>Coordinate customer engagement activities across internal teams, acting as the primary "Voice of the Customer"</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure successful execution of customer programs</li><li>Provide accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and business updates through internal reporting systems</li><li>Engage with ecosystem partners, including integrators, distributors, logistics providers, and other stakeholders within the customer value chain</li><li>Represent FIT at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and technical workshops</li><li>Travel approximately 25–40% within Europe and internationally as required</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or MBA in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline</li><li>Minimum 5 years of successful sales, business development, or account management experience within the automotive industry.</li><li>Proven experience managing relationships with Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or other major automotive accounts.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue growth and winning new business opportunities.</li><li>Strong understanding of the automotive supply chain, product development cycles, and commercial processes.</li><li>Strong skills in English (written and spoken).</li><li>German language skills (written and spoken) are highly preferred.</li><li>Additional European language skills are considered an advantage.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience selling technical products, interconnect solutions, electronic components, or related technologies.</li><li>Established network of contacts within European automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers</li><li>Strategic business development and opportunity management.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.</li><li>Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience managing complex sales cycles and contractual agreements.</li><li>Self-motivated, highly organized, and results oriented.</li><li>Ability to work effectively within a global, cross-functional environment.</li><li>Strong financial and market analysis skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools is preferred.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to join a global technology leader with strong growth ambitions.</li><li>Exposure to leading automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers across Europe.</li><li>International and collaborative working environment.</li><li>Career development opportunities within a global organization.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li></ul> </div>
