We're an AI-native company giving BMW Group, Hilti and Lufthansa real-time visibility into supply chain risks before they become headlines.</p><p><br/></p><p>We're looking for a Technical Operations Specialist (f/m/d) who takes ownership of the data-focused, technical side of getting our platform to work for enterprise customers from day one. Someone who uses AI as a default part of how they work - and knows when to trust their own judgment.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll own</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Translate customer requirements into technical reality - setting up new customer environments, tailoring the platform to specific client needs, and optimising existing environments as those needs evolve</li><li>Handle bulk data updates and large-scale data imports, working directly with our databases and keeping data quality high across the system</li><li>Build and maintain custom reporting so that enterprise customers and internal teams get the exact data views they need</li><li>Join customer calls when needed to walk them through a technical topic in clear, simple language, helping them get the most out of the platform</li><li>Partner with the Customer Success team to troubleshoot technical roadblocks, solve unique customer challenges, and help build automations</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>You are the right fit if you:</p><ul><li>Bring 2-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar data-focused role</li><li>Have very good Excel skills and tech-savviness, with the ability to work across a range of technologies and online platforms</li><li>Have working knowledge of SQL and are comfortable working directly with databases</li><li>Can translate technical details into simple language for non-technical colleagues and customers</li><li>Are highly reliable and detail-oriented - careful and methodical when working with enterprise-scale data</li><li>Are familiar with, or willing to work in, a fast-paced scaleup environment</li><li>Are fluent in English, written and spoken</li><li>Hold a valid work permit for Austria</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Nice to have:</p><ul><li>Scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python</li><li>Fluent German</li><li>Experience in SaaS and digital-solutions companies</li><li>A degree in a quantitative or technical field, e.g. Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Maths or Business Informatics</li><li>Previous experience in a technical support role, procurement, or supply chain environment</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What's our working style</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>We're a <strong>resilient AI-native</strong> team building an AI-native resilience product - and we hire for both.
