Prewave exists to change that. We're an AI-native company giving BMW Group, Hilti and Lufthansa real-time visibility into supply chain risks before they become headlines.

We're looking for a Product Manager who takes ownership of complex, resilient B2B workflows and customer activation from day one. Someone who uses AI as a default part of how they work - and knows when to trust their own judgment.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Take end-to-end ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth path for new customers from signup to full product adoption.

Act as the connective bridge between Customer Success Operations, Sales, Data Management, and Engineering, aligning priorities across teams without formal reporting authority over them.

Manage dependencies across engineering domains — including integrations, resilience, and supply chain data — to keep onboarding workstreams unblocked and moving.

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and how the onboarding journey connects to Prewave's broader product ecosystem.

Prioritize internal process improvement and dependency management, working closely with key engineering contacts to remove friction from the onboarding experience.

Operate within our Shape Up framework (6 weeks of building, 2 weeks of cool-down/planning), shaping and scoping onboarding-related work each cycle.

Collaborate with design and cross-functional stakeholders to continuously refine onboarding workflows as the company scales.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are the right fit if you:

5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a focus on internal tooling, operations, or process-driven products rather than purely technical/feature development.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Data, Engineering) around shared priorities.

Demonstrated ownership mentality — comfortable driving end-to-end outcomes without direct authority over the teams you depend on.

Solid understanding of dependency management within complex, multi-team processes.

Openness and enthusiasm toward using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Gemini, OpenAI-based tools) to support analytical workflows — curiosity over skepticism.

Based in or willing to work from Vienna, with in-office presence expected two days per week on average.

Nice to have:

Experience working within or adjacent to Shape Up or similar iterative/cycle-based product methodologies.

Familiarity with onboarding, activation, or customer success workflows specifically.

Exposure to supply chain risk, data management, or B2B SaaS environments.

Experience working with integrations or resilience-related engineering teams.

Comfort operating in ambiguous, less-technical PM contexts where influence and alignment matter more than direct execution.

WHAT’S OUR WORKING STYLE

We're a resilient AI-native team building an AI-native resilience product - and we hire for both. For us, AI-native has always meant humans and AI working together, not one replacing the other. We use tools like Claude & Gemini as a normal part of the job, to think faster, work smarter and spend less time on the repetitive stuff. We treat AI fluency as a skill like any other - something you build, experiment with and keep developing.

What goes with that is real ownership. You'll have the space and the trust to figure things out your way - with a strong team around you and plenty of support when you need it. Things move fast here and the brief won't always be complete, but that's what makes the work interesting.

The people who do best at Prewave are curious by default, go after things rather than wait to be handed them, and don't lose their footing when the plan changes.

We score six values in every interview - creating positive impact, optimising for customer value, being an ambitious innovator, operating with urgency, doing things that make sense and collaborating with kindness - so you always know what we're looking for and can prepare accordingly.

THE PACKAGE

Minimum EUR 46,000 gross annually based on the collective agreement, the actual compensation being tailored to your qualifications, experience, and the role. Flexible hours and hybrid working.

Your birthday off. MyClubs partnership. Mental health support. Regular health check-ups and initiatives. Company-wide training. Fun team events. Device of choice. Work from anywhere - up to 8 weeks a year.
