Someone who uses AI as a default part of how they work - and knows when to trust their own judgment.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL OWN</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Decode the data </strong>– Leverage <strong>natural language processing (NLP)</strong> to extract meaning from diverse datasets.</li><li><strong>Think like a scientist </strong>– Formulate hypotheses, uncover patterns, and pinpoint optimization opportunities.</li><li><strong>Build smarter AI </strong>– Develop, fine-tune, and deploy <strong>machine learning</strong> models using <strong>Torch</strong> and <strong>TensorFlow</strong>.</li><li><strong>Bridge research &amp; reality</strong> – Transform cutting-edge algorithms into production-ready solutions.</li><li><strong>Keep models sharp </strong>– Monitor, enhance, and continuously improve model performance and accuracy.</li><li><strong>Expand the data universe</strong> – Identify and integrate <strong>new data sources</strong> to enrich our intelligence.</li><li><strong>Collaborate &amp; innovate</strong> – Work with cross-functional teams to tackle business challenges with data-driven solutions.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>You are the right fit if you have:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields</li><li>3+ years of experience in developing, deploying and scaling machine learning models to production</li><li>Experience with NLP or other machine learning technologies, machine learning techniques and tools like Torch or Tensorflow</li><li>Good experience in working with Python and Scala</li><li>Knowledge of SQL and relational databases</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity and open-ended questions</li><li>End-to-end ownership, from prototyping a model to deploying and monitoring it in production</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Nice to have:</p><ul><li>Master’s degree in a related field</li><li>Understanding of cloud-based services, especially Google Cloud Platform or AWS</li><li>Knowledge of NoSQL database systems</li><li>Knowledge of agile software development techniques</li><li>Experience with agent engineering and AI tools like Cursor, Claude etc.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>WHAT’S OUR WORKING STYLE</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>We're a <strong>robust AI-native</strong> team building an AI-native resilience product - and we hire for both.
