<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Systems Support Engineer / Virtualization Technologies / Production Environment / IT Service Management / German / English </strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Project:</strong> We are seeking an Systems Support Engineer for our client in Basel.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Receiving, processing, and resolving IT incidents, requests, and changes.</p><p>• Monitoring and optimizing system performance, as well as performing error analysis and troubleshooting, including problem management.</p><p>• Administering and installing applications using a software distribution solution.</p><p>• Assisting with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.</p><p>• Maintaining the IT inventory.</p><p>• Training employees on IT topics.</p><p>• Collaborating on IT projects and system expansions.</p><p>• Continuously improving existing processes.</p><p>• GMP-compliant implementation and documentation of tasks.</p><p>• Collaborating with internal IT partners and suppliers.</p><p>• Assisting with audits and inspections.</p><p>• 24/7 on-call duty.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p><p>• Completed education in IT/computer science.</p><p>• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, network technologies, and</p><p>virtualization techniques.</p><p>• Experience in managing systems, applications, and infrastructure.</p><p>• Experience with backup and imaging solutions.</p><p>• Experience in IT service management.</p><p>• Fluency in spoken and written German and English is mandatory.</p><p>• Strong communication skills.</p><p>• A dedicated individual with a strong customer and service orientation.</p><p>• Ability to work well in a team.</p><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><p>• Experience with CSV &amp; GMP.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Rolle:</strong> Systems Support Engineer </p><p><strong>Place: </strong>Basel </p><p><strong>Workload:</strong>100% </p><p><strong>Start:</strong> ASAP (01.07.2026)</p><p></p> </div>
