In this role, you will guide agile teams through organisational change, promote a sustainable agile way of working, and support the continuous development of collaboration, processes and product development.</p><p>Your future responsibilities:</p><p>• Ensuring and facilitating all Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, retrospectives, etc.)</p><p>• Planning and facilitating workshops as well as larger-scale events such as PI Planning and system demos</p><p>• Coaching teams and stakeholders in the application of agile methods and Scrum principles</p><p>• Promoting cross-team collaboration and an open feedback culture</p><p>• Identifying, raising awareness of and removing impediments at team and product level</p><p>• Helping to shape and coordinate change and transformation initiatives</p><p>• Further development of working models, ways of working and agile forms of collaboration</p><p>• Promoting self-organisation, personal responsibility and continuous improvement</p><p>• Supporting teams in the development of high-quality products</p><p>• Structuring and preparing documentation, decision-making materials and communication documents (Confluence, planning documents, etc.)</p><p>• Promoting transparency regarding objectives, priorities and progress</p><p>• Supporting the Product Owner in the effective management of the product backlog and the clear documentation of requirements</p><p><br/></p><p>Your profile:</p><p>• Several years’ experience as a Scrum Master in complex agile project or product environments</p><p>• Experience in organisational transformation or change initiatives</p><p>• An affinity for technology and a good understanding of modern software and product development</p><p>• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent)</p><p>• Experience with agile metrics and data-driven continuous improvement</p><p>• Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe)</p><p>• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence</p><p><br/></p><p>Personal qualities</p><p>• Strong coaching and facilitation skills</p><p>• Proactive, solution-oriented and responsible personality</p><p>• Ability to actively drive change</p><p>• Systemic thinking and an understanding of organisational dynamics</p><p>• Strong communication and facilitation skills</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach</p><p>• Confident in handling conflicts and managing differing interests</p><p>• Ability to structure and communicate complex issues in a clear and understandable manner</p><p><br/></p><p>Languages:</p><p>• Fluent in spoken and written German</p><p>• Fluent in spoken and written English</p><p><br/></p><p>Role: Scrum Master (m,f,d)</p><p>Location: Bern and surrounding area / Hybrid</p><p>Working hours: 60–80%</p><p>Start date: 1 September 2026</p><p>Duration: 30 June 2027</p> </div>
