In this role, you will act as a key technical expert, ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of life-saving diagnostic systems throughout their entire lifecycle.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>General Information</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Start Date:</strong> asap</li><li><strong>Duration:</strong> 9 months (initial contract with extension possible)</li><li><strong>Workplace:</strong> Rotkreuz</li><li><strong>Workload:</strong> 100%</li><li><strong>Remote/Home-Office:</strong> 1 day per week (20%) possible</li><li><strong>Travel:</strong> Possible, though not currently planned as a core requirement</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Tasks & Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Technical Expert & Point of Contact:</strong> Serve as the primary technical liaison for internal customers regarding all hardware and software service aspects.</li><li><strong>System Deployment:</strong> Install complex diagnostic systems and configurations according to specialized technical manuals and internal databases.</li><li><strong>Maintenance & Lifecycle Management:</strong> Perform system qualifications (IQ/OQ), execute preventive maintenance, and conduct autonomous troubleshooting and repairs.</li><li><strong>Quality & Governance:</strong> Ensure comprehensive documentation of all service activities in strict accordance with established quality and regulatory standards.</li><li><strong>Trial Support:</strong> Provide essential technical support for global development trials, ensuring system readiness for critical R&D milestones.</li><li><strong>System Orchestration:</strong> Manage the deployment and servicing of various configurations to ensure optimal laboratory performance.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications (Must Haves)</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> HF/BSc/MSc in Technical Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation), Life Sciences, or a completed technical vocational training with equivalent professional experience.</li><li><strong>Technical Experience:</strong> Proven initial experience in a technical or mechanical role, demonstrating a hands-on approach to hardware.</li><li><strong>Laboratory Readiness:</strong> Willingness and ability to work in a highly regulated environment, specifically within laboratories with <strong>Biosafety Levels S1 and S2</strong>.</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> Fluency in <strong>English</strong> (written and spoken) is mandatory for this global environment.</li><li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> A customer-centric team player with an autonomous, proactive work style and the ability to communicate effectively across interdisciplinary teams.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Local Language:</strong> Proficiency in <strong>German</strong> is a significant advantage for the Rotkreuz site.</li><li><strong>Industry Context:</strong> Previous experience in the Healthcare/Diagnostics sector, particularly with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.</li><li><strong>Technical Specialized Knowledge:</strong> Entry-level skills in Network Administration and Troubleshooting.</li><li><strong>Professional Background:</strong> Experience servicing diagnostic instruments or involvement in Equipment Management.</li><li><strong>Problem-Solving Mindset:</strong> Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues within interdisciplinary environments (lab, software, hardware, and workflow).</li></ul> </div>
