You support them in expanding their cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure) and ensure that our Service Level Agreements are met to guarantee high customer satisfaction.</p><p><br/></p><p>Your tasks include the planning, design, and implementation of customer projects in the area of cloud services and infrastructure. You are also responsible for providing support to our contracted customers.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>That makes you the ideal candidate.</strong></p><ul><li>You have completed vocational training in computer science with a focus on systems engineering.</li><li>Furthermore, you bring experience in carrying out IT infrastructure and migration projects in the Microsoft Cloud Services environment.</li><li>You are certified in M365 and/or Azure.</li><li>You have a flexible personality and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Furthermore, you possess a category B driving licence.</li><li>Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.</li></ul> </div>
