<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>IT Operations / System Engineer (m/f/d)</p><p><br/></p><p>Your Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Ensure the <strong>reliable operation of the IT infrastructure</strong> in day-to-day business, including servers, clients, networks, and cloud services</li><li>Act as the <strong>central point of contact for user support</strong>, handling patch and update management, error analysis, and troubleshooting</li><li>Plan and execute <strong>rollouts of new systems, applications, and services</strong>, including:</li><li>Time and resource planning</li><li>Risk assessment</li><li>Coordination, documentation, and control of test, go-live, and hypercare phases</li><li>Work closely with <strong>internal departments and external service providers</strong>, acting as the interface between technology and organization</li><li>Contribute to the <strong>strategic development and modernization of the IT landscape</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Your Profile</p><ul><li>Proven experience administering <strong>macOS and Windows 11 clients</strong> as well as <strong>Linux servers</strong></li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>virtualization and container technologies</strong> such as Proxmox, Docker, and Kubernetes</li><li>Basic knowledge of <strong>networking technologies</strong>, including routers, switches, and VPNs</li><li>Experience with <strong>identity, device, and access management platforms</strong> (e.g. JumpCloud)</li><li>Initial experience with <strong>automation and scripting</strong>, using tools or languages such as Python, Shell/Bash, JavaScript, Ansible, or Jenkins</li><li>Experience with <strong>Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace</strong> is a plus</li><li>Strong <strong>hands-on mentality</strong>, combined with an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working</li><li>Enthusiasm for <strong>agile working methods</strong>, modern technologies, and thinking beyond standard solutions</li><li><strong>Proximity to Münster</strong> is desirable, but not a strict requirement</li><li><strong>Excellent German and English language skills</strong>, both written and spoken</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>What to Expect</p><ul><li>Broad responsibility across <strong>operations, support, and project work</strong></li><li>High level of <strong>ownership and influence</strong> on the IT landscape</li><li>Close collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Modern, evolving IT environment with room for innovation</li></ul><p></p> </div>
