You will lead the architecture and design of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions while acting as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leadership.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design</li><li>Produce technical blueprints for scalable and cost-effective solutions</li><li>Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems</li><li>Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards</li><li>Resolve complex technical challenges across Salesforce and its ecosystem</li><li>Guide and mentor Salesforce delivery teams</li><li>Lead client workshops and technical discussions</li><li>Support pre-sales activities, prototypes and demonstrations</li><li>Work closely with sales teams on new opportunities</li><li>Engage with CIOs, IT Directors and C-level stakeholders</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Essential Requirements</p><ul><li>At least five years of Salesforce experience, validated through relevant certifications</li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce Classic and Lightning</li><li>Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customisation and coding</li><li>Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems</li><li>Successful delivery of complex multi-cloud or multi-system projects</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and data models</li><li>English at B2 level or above</li><li>German at B2 level or above</li><li>Based in Germany or able to work from Germany</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Preferred Experience</p><ul><li>Experience designing cloud-based architectures</li><li>Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices</li><li>Hands-on CI/CD pipeline management</li><li>Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders</li><li>Team leadership or management experience</li><li>Additional foreign-language capabilities</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Highly Desirable</p><ul><li>Salesforce Automotive Cloud</li><li>Salesforce Data Cloud</li><li>Salesforce Agentforce</li><li>Automotive industry experience</li><li>Salesforce Architect certifications</li></ul> </div>
