<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Salesforce Business Analyst – German Speaking</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Germany – Remote</p><p><strong>Contract:</strong> Long-term B2B contract</p><p><strong>Languages:</strong> German and English – minimum B2</p><p><strong>Team:</strong> Joining a growing Salesforce team</p><p><br/></p><p>Role Overview</p><p>We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a long-term Salesforce transformation programme in Germany.</p><p>You will act as the link between business stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team, gathering requirements, analysing business processes and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and Salesforce solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements</li><li>Translate complex business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications</li><li>Map current and future-state business processes</li><li>Produce process flows, system diagrams and detailed project documentation</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions</li><li>Work closely with Salesforce Consultants, Developers, Architects and Product Owners</li><li>Support Salesforce configuration, automation and solution design</li><li>Manage and refine requirements throughout the full project lifecycle</li><li>Perform manual system testing, functional testing and quality assurance</li><li>Support UAT planning, execution and defect management</li><li>Prepare end-user training materials and facilitate training sessions</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives</li><li>Use Jira or similar tools to manage requirements and delivery progress</li><li>Mentor junior colleagues and help guide wider team activities</li><li>Identify opportunities to use GenAI to improve business and technical processes</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Essential Requirements</p><ul><li>Minimum three years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant</li><li>Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects across the full lifecycle</li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, features, workflows and automation</li><li>Excellent requirements-gathering and business-process analysis skills</li><li>Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and process flows</li><li>Experience with Salesforce data management, transformation and updates</li><li>Hands-on manual testing, UAT and quality assurance experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ceremonies</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills</li><li>Experience presenting solutions and delivering user training</li><li>Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools</li><li>Fluent German and English, both at minimum B2 level</li><li>Based in Germany and able to work on a B2B contract</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Preferred Certifications</p><ul><li>Salesforce Certified Business Analyst</li><li>Salesforce Certified Administrator</li><li>Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder</li><li>Other relevant Salesforce certifications</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Automotive Cloud experience</li><li>Salesforce Data Cloud experience</li><li>Agentforce knowledge</li><li>Automotive industry experience</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Salesforce team on a stable, long-term remote contract in Germany.</p> </div>
