The role focuses on requirements engineering, solution architecture, service design, and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Project Details:</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>Until 31 December 2027</p><p><strong>Start Date: </strong>01 September 2026</p><p><strong>Workload:</strong> Full-time</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Germany / 60% Remote (onsite in Bonn, Meckenheim, Munich, or Berlin)</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements using IREB methodologies</li><li>Design end-to-end ITSM solutions and service concepts based on customer requirements</li><li>Perform gap analyses and develop solution blueprints aligned with enterprise architecture frameworks</li><li>Ensure solution consistency across ITSM, field services, and support functions</li><li>Support solution testing, deployment planning, and change management activities</li><li>Create solution documentation and support the transition into operational environments</li><li>Model solutions using enterprise architecture tools and contribute to cloud and Kubernetes migration planning</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in ITSM solution architecture and requirements engineering</li><li>Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ADM, NAF)</li><li>Experience with process modelling tools such as ARIS, Sparx, BPMN, or EPK</li><li>Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and BSI principles</li><li>Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)</li><li>Experience designing cloud-based solutions and Kubernetes platforms is an advantage</li><li>ITIL Foundation, IREB CPRE, or BSI certifications are beneficial</li><li>Experience in public sector, government, or defence environments is highly desirable</li><li>Fluent German (C1) and good English (B1)</li></ul> </div>
