The role focuses on building scalable cloud-based solutions, developing advanced image processing capabilities, and driving technical excellence within a long-term engineering project.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Project Details:</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>Approximately 2 years</p><p><strong>Start Date: </strong>ASAP</p><p><strong>Workload: </strong>Full-time</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>100% Remote</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the technical development of a digital project platform and AI-powered road construction software</li><li>Design and develop AI solutions that generate reliable construction quantities from drone and aerial imagery</li><li>Build and enhance applications using Computer Vision, Deep Learning, GeoAI, and photogrammetry</li><li>Contribute to the design and implementation of modern cloud architecture and full-stack applications</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions</li><li>Support technical decision-making and help build and lead an engineering team as the project grows</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in Computer Vision and AI-based image processing</li><li>Strong knowledge of Deep Learning techniques and modern software engineering practices</li><li>Experience with GeoAI and/or photogrammetry is advantageous</li><li>Solid background in cloud technologies and scalable software architecture</li><li>Experience with full-stack development in modern application environments</li><li>Previous technical leadership or team lead experience is beneficial</li><li>Experience in power line construction is not required; strong technical expertise is the priority</li></ul> </div>
