The role focuses on solution architecture, requirements engineering, service design, cloud technologies, and ensuring secure, modern IT service delivery across complex enterprise environments.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Project Details:</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>Initial contract until August 2028</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> 01.08.2026</p><p><strong>Workload:</strong> Full-time</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Germany / 90% Remote</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop target architectures for a scalable development platform</li><li>Gather, analyse, and manage business and technical requirements</li><li>Perform gap analyses and create solution blueprints</li><li>Design end-to-end service and solution architectures</li><li>Collaborate with architects and operational teams to align technical solutions</li><li>Support solution testing, deployment planning, and transition activities</li><li>Apply architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and IT security standards</li><li>Manage architecture documentation and change requests using ITIL processes</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in IT solution architecture and architecture modelling</li><li>Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, NAF, ADM, or similar)</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL-based service design and ITSM environments</li><li>Experience with Requirements Engineering and tools such as IBM DOORS</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD</li><li>Familiarity with architecture modelling tools (ARIS, Alfabet, or Sparx EA)</li><li>ITIL Foundation certification (or higher)</li><li>Fluent German (C1) and good English (B1)</li></ul> </div>
