<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong><u>ServiceNow Business Analyst</u></strong></p><p>Full Time-Remote but local in Germany for occasional onsite travel</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join an exciting new growth in the team Customer Workflows & Employee Center team.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What will you be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Help lead processes for ServiceNow projects for the <strong>Customer Workflows & Employee Center </strong>team, focused in advancements in <strong>CSM & HRSD</strong></li><li>Speak with stakeholders across the business to help solve their pain points</li><li>Gather business requirements to translate them into workable solutions</li><li>Support the project while collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect</li><li>Deliver testing or training, write user stories, draw process flow, write test cases etc</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>ServiceNow experience required</li><li>2+ years ServiceNow BA experience</li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Admin(CSA) required</li><li>Strong communication skills in German and English REQUIRED</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>For more information about this position, get in contact today!</p> </div>
