<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>If you're comfortable digging into logs, querying databases, and getting to the bottom of why things break, this could be a great fit.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Day to day, you'll be monitoring and responding to error messages generated by applications and automated data processing workflows.</p><p><br/></p><p>When something flags up, you'll be the one investigating, pulling logs from Linux &amp; Windows environments, querying SQL databases (Oracle OR MySQL), and working through the problem until you find the cause.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll also be expected to navigate internal documentation confidently, following existing runbooks and procedures to resolve issues independently before escalating when genuinely needed.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent level German Language</li><li>Comfortable working with logs on both Linux &amp; Windows hosts</li><li>SQL skills, you'll be reading and analysing across databases</li><li>Familiarity with script-based data processing workflows and the errors they can produce</li><li>A methodical approach to troubleshooting</li><li>Able to read and apply technical documentation</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>The focus is squarely on application layer support and data workflow monitoring.</p> </div>
