It’s well-suited to a candidate with proven financial and analytical acumen who enjoys interpreting complex data sets and crafting strategic investor messaging.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the preparation of quarterly financial communications, including earnings materials, investor presentations, and press releases.</li><li>Consolidate and analyse financial, operational, and strategic data to support clear communication of company performance.</li><li>Develop and maintain valuation models, provide insights into market perception, and benchmark performance against peers.</li><li>Build and sustain relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other financial stakeholders; manage investor inquiries and meetings.</li><li>Interpret equity research and industry reports to keep senior management informed of market developments and investor sentiment.</li><li>Independently oversee the organisation of investor and analyst events such as conferences, roadshows, and capital markets days.</li><li>Support internal and cross-functional projects that enhance investor relations processes and strengthen corporate messaging.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Strong analytical background with deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets.</li><li>Proficiency in financial tools such as Bloomberg and Excel-based modelling.</li><li>Proven ability to process complex financial data, identify trends, and draw clear conclusions.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shape concise and persuasive investor materials.</li><li>Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.</li><li>Experience engaging directly with senior management, investors, and analysts.</li><li>Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g. CFA, MBA) are a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel to the HQ (Southern Germany) when required.</li><li>5+ years of professionally qualified experience inside a listed in-house company, investment bank, or consulting.</li><li>Native or near native language skills in English and German.</li></ul><p></p> </div>
