As Senior Software AI Engineer (Full-Stack), you'll work across frontend, backend, and DevOps to help drive this forward.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The role:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and operate modern web applications across the SaaS portfolio, working across frontend, backend, and DevOps.</li><li>Integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences using LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and structured workflows.</li><li>Build and operate cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity.</li><li>Expand shared agents, skills, pipelines, and harnesses with the team.</li><li>Work with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering to raise engineering and AI quality and shape best practices for agentic applications.</li><li>Stay close to users and domain workflows, bringing an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset to feature development.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Several years of senior full-stack experience, with depth in one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python), ideally with end-to-end product ownership.</li><li>A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic performance.</li><li>Practical experience with React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, Kafka, Terraform, and cloud/DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD).</li><li>Experience with LLM tooling and agentic coding approaches is a strong plus.</li><li>A track record of using AI effectively in software engineering, including designing AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering.</li><li>Fluent German and English, strong problem-solving skills, high proactivity, and excellent collaboration skills.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Hybrid working model.</li><li>Modern, well-equipped offices with regular company events.</li><li>In-house academy and external development programmes for continuous professional growth.</li><li>Company pension scheme, job bike scheme, corporate benefits programme, and more.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>How to apply:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Interested?
