With a direct presence in more than 20 locations across Switzerland and 200 employees<strong>, </strong>we support clients with tailored workforce solutions and are among the key players in the Swiss staffing market.</p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a <strong><em>Senior Strategic Account Executive</em></strong> to drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding strategic, high-value accounts and winning complex new business opportunities. This role suits someone who thrives in long sales cycles, brings executive presence, and can influence outcomes in multi-stakeholder buying environments particularly in Life Sciences and Industry.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Own and execute strategic account plans, identifying long-term growth as well as cross- and upsell opportunities</li><li>Build and maintain C-level relationships and lead multi-stakeholder sales processes end-to-end</li><li>Identify, qualify and progress high-value opportunities, ensuring disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting</li><li>Lead solution design and deal execution with internal teams; manage proposals/tenders and negotiate complex commercial terms and contracts</li><li>Drive retention and expansion post-signature in close collaboration with Operations, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence</li><li>Share best practices and coach peers to continuously improve sales approaches and account strategies</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>A completed degree, ideally a master's degree in business management</li><li>Strong experience in strategic account management and complex B2B sales (staffing or comparable B2B services preferred)</li><li>Proven track record with large, multinational and multi-stakeholder clients, long sales cycles and high-value deals</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills and commercial acumen; confident communication and presentation at executive level</li><li>Fluent in English and one Swiss national language (DE/FR/IT); additional languages are a plus</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>The work location can be anywhere in Switzerland.</li><li>Modern workplaces across Switzerland</li><li>5 weeks of vacation per year</li><li>Flexible working hours (41-hour week)</li><li>Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths</li><li>Attractive benefits package including a company car</li><li>Supportive, collegial team culture</li><li>Opportunities for personal and professional development</li></ul><p></p> </div>
