This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving team at a pivotal moment, shaping the product, the technology stack, and the future of enterprise AI.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>This is a forward-deployed, hands-on technical role at the front line of customer delivery. You'll own the technical side of implementations (data migrations, proof-of-concept setups, integrations, and technical support), working alongside Customer Success Managers to get customers live and successful. You're equally comfortable in a CSV of messy legacy data, an API console, and a conversation with a customer's finance team. You're highly AI-savvy and you reach for automation and scripting by default.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Run data migrations</strong> from customers' legacy finance/ERP systems: profiling, cleaning, mapping, transforming, and loading data, often with inconsistent or messy source formats.</li><li>Build <strong>proof-of-concept and customer setups</strong>, configuring the platform to fit each customer's processes.</li><li>Work heavily at the <strong>API level</strong>, integrating Aderis with customers' existing systems using Zapier, scripts, and custom tooling.</li><li>Provide <strong>technical customer support</strong> during and after implementation.</li><li>Use <strong>scripting and AI tooling</strong> aggressively to automate repetitive work and accelerate delivery.</li><li>Feed technical friction and integration gaps back to Product and Engineering.</li><li>Mentor the junior technical consultants and help establish technical delivery standards for the site.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li><strong>A working understanding of either finance or ERP systems.</strong> You can speak the language of debits, credits, ledgers, or ERP data models.</li><li><strong>Prior experience with ERP systems</strong> such as NetSuite, Odoo, Business Central, or similar.</li><li><strong>Very strong technical and AI fluency</strong>: comfortable scripting (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar), working with APIs, and using AI tools to solve real problems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>data migration and transformation</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>integration tooling</strong> (Zapier, iPaaS, webhooks, custom integrations).</li><li>A self-directed, problem-solving mindset: you figure things out and ship.</li><li>Direct customer-facing experience and the communication skills to match.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>German language skills (English is sufficient, German is a plus).</li><li>SQL and data-tooling proficiency.</li><li>Familiarity with DACH finance/tax frameworks.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why Aderis</strong></p><ul><li>A high-impact, high-autonomy role with direct customer impact.</li><li>Modern stack and an AI-first way of working.</li><li>Founding-stage site with a clear growth path.</li><li>A total compensation in the range of €80-100k (Senior)</li></ul> </div>
