You'll own the technical side of implementations (data migrations, proof-of-concept setups, integrations, and technical support), working alongside Customer Success Managers to get customers live and successful. You're equally comfortable in a CSV of messy legacy data, an API console, and a conversation with a customer's finance team. You're highly AI-savvy and you reach for automation and scripting by default.</span></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li><span>Run </span><strong>data migrations</strong><span> from customers' legacy finance/ERP systems: profiling, cleaning, mapping, transforming, and loading data, often with inconsistent or messy source formats.</span></li><li><span>Build </span><strong>proof-of-concept and customer setups</strong><span>, configuring the platform to fit each customer's processes.</span></li><li><span>Work heavily at the </span><strong>API level</strong><span>, integrating Aderis with customers' existing systems using Zapier, scripts, and custom tooling.</span></li><li><span>Provide </span><strong>technical customer support</strong><span> during and after implementation.</span></li><li><span>Use </span><strong>scripting and AI tooling</strong><span> aggressively to automate repetitive work and accelerate delivery.</span></li><li><span>Feed technical friction and integration gaps back to Product and Engineering.</span></li><li><span>Mentor the junior technical consultants and help establish technical delivery standards for the site.</span></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li><strong>A working understanding of either finance or ERP systems.</strong><span> You can speak the language of debits, credits, ledgers, or ERP data models.</span></li><li><strong>Very strong technical and AI fluency</strong><span>: comfortable scripting (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar), working with APIs, and using AI tools to solve real problems.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience with </span><strong>data migration and transformation</strong><span>.</span></li><li><span>Experience with </span><strong>integration tooling</strong><span> (Zapier, iPaaS, webhooks, custom integrations).</span></li><li><span>A self-directed, problem-solving mindset: you figure things out and ship.</span></li><li><span>Direct customer-facing experience and the communication skills to match.</span></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li><span>German language skills (English is sufficient, German is a plus).</span></li><li><span>Background in ERP or finance software.</span></li><li><span>SQL and data-tooling proficiency.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with DACH finance/tax frameworks.</span></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why Aderis</strong></p><ul><li><span>A high-impact, high-autonomy role with direct customer impact.</span></li><li><span>Modern stack and an AI-first way of working.</span></li><li><span>Founding-stage site with a clear growth path.</span></li><li>A total compensation in the range of €80-100k</li></ul> </div>
