This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving team at a pivotal moment, shaping the product, the technology stack, and the future of enterprise AI.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As a Customer Success Manager, you own the customer relationship from onboarding through long-term growth. You'll lead implementations jointly with our technical consultants, guide finance teams through the transition to Aderis, and become the trusted go-to person for your accounts. You combine real finance/ERP process knowledge with the people skills to drive adoption and retention.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead customer implementations end to end, partnering with a Technical Consultant on the technical execution while you own scope, timeline, process design, and the customer relationship.</li><li>Map customers' existing finance processes onto Aderis and advise on best-practice configuration.</li><li>Onboard finance teams and drive adoption, acting as a process consultant as much as a product expert.</li><li>Own retention and expansion for your portfolio, proactively monitoring health, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities.</li><li>Be the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Professional proficiency in German and English</strong> (both required).</li><li><strong>Minimum 2 years' experience</strong> in finance, or in finance processes within an ERP environment.</li><li>Experience <strong>leading or co-leading customer implementations</strong> (jointly with a technical counterpart).</li><li><strong>Technical affinity</strong> and a solid understanding of data structures.</li><li>A consultative mindset: you listen, diagnose, and guide.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Consultancy background with process optimisation or finance focus.</li><li>Finance or payroll experience</li><li>Exposure to ERP or finance software.</li><li>Familiarity with DACH finance/tax frameworks (VAT, etc.).</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why Aderis</strong></p><ul><li>Join a new site at the founding stage with room to grow.</li><li>Work on a category-defining product in a large, underserved market.</li><li>Real ownership of customer relationships and outcomes.</li><li>A total compensation in the range of €55-70k</li></ul> </div>
