Our portfolio includes commercial floor cleaning robots, docking stations, and cloud platforms.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Understand KA's needs and requirement in regards to robotic and digitalized cleaning operation solutions</li><li>Identify the decision-making process and key stakeholders in KA's organization</li><li>Develop and maintain a solid and trusting relationship between major KA and company</li><li>Strategically consult key stakeholders with pertinent value propositions to create demands and manage expectations</li><li>Negotiate agreements and contracts with executives for terms, pricing, services and long-term partnership</li><li>Act as the main point of contact of KA to drive and collaborate with external and internal teams including sales, product solution, service, R&D, marketing and distributor(s) to ensure all KA needs met and keep improving customer success</li><li>Lead and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue by up-selling or cross-selling</li><li>Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, milestones and gaps to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training</li></ul><p><br/></p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Major in automation or engineering or business administration, college degree or above (those who have worked in big FM companies or well-known cleaning machine/robot companies will be preferred)</li><li>At least 5 years working experience in sales, marketing or related roles</li><li>Diligent, open-minded, responsible and quick learner</li><li>Language skills: Fluent English and Germany</li><li>Team player, good communication, coordination skills, good at analysing and solving problems</li><li>Familiar with local laws and regulations in the target overseas markets</li><li>Frequent business travel is required</li></ul><p></p> </div>
