Due to continued growth across the DACH region, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex EPC projects from contract award through to final handover.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business delivering sustainable infrastructure projects while working with multinational project teams and customers throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Lead projects from contract award through commissioning and final acceptance.</li><li>Take full responsibility for project delivery, including programme, budget and commercial performance.</li><li>Coordinate installation activities, equipment deliveries, subcontractors and commissioning teams.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary internal project teams including engineering, procurement and construction.</li><li>Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.</li><li>Support occasional international projects where required.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Technical qualification in Mechanical, Process, Environmental or Electrical Engineering (University, FH or equivalent).</li><li>Several years' experience managing industrial plant or process engineering projects.</li><li>Experience within biogas, renewable energy, waste treatment, environmental technologies or industrial process plants is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for project costs, schedules and profitability.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with international contracts and project execution.</li><li>Fluent German and English are essential.</li><li>Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Work for an internationally recognised engineering organisation.</li><li>Deliver projects that directly contribute to the energy transition.</li><li>Long-term career progression within a growing international business.</li><li>Collaborative, family-oriented culture with excellent development opportunities.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you are interested, get in touch directly: bilal@renovus-talent.com</p> </div>
